Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Stance, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use of Service

Stance is a secure personal financial planning and analysis tool designed to help you understand your history and project your financial future. You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of data you input into the application
• Any financial decisions you make based on the information displayed
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials

As-Is Service

Stance is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stance and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any financial decisions made based on information provided by the service
• Any errors or omissions in the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Access to Stance is managed via Google Auth; we do not store your Google password.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service.
